Dounia has experience in client services, relationship management, ESG analysis, and sustainable investing. She has worked with institutional clients across EMEA, supporting asset managers and consultants in integrating ESG factors into their investment strategies. Prior to joining Osmosis, Dounia worked as a Senior Client Consultant at Style Analytics, focusing on factor analysis, driving the development of ESG tools and providing insights into portfolio monitoring for environmental and impact-driven clients.
Dounia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Exeter, including a year abroad at Waseda University in Tokyo, and a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing. She is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst.
