Osmosis Investment Management has recently been awarded top scores in all sections of the UN-backed Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) 2023 Assessment Report.* Of particular note, the highest score (a 5 star rating) was achieved again for our approach to Strategy and Governance. In addition, we received 5 star ratings for Direct – Listed equity – Active quantitative, Direct – Hedge funds – Long/short equity and Confidence-building measures. All key areas in which we continue to strive for excellence.

These scores put Osmosis above our asset management peers, and well above the investment industry median which is represented by the blue lines within the bars found in the scorecard below.

Osmosis has been a signatory of the PRI since 2014. The PRI is the world’s leading proponent of Responsible Investment. It works to promote the implications of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into investment and ownership decision making. Launched in 2006, the PRI is a UN supported, international network of investors, working together to implement its ‘principals’ which aim to better align investors with broader objectives of society.

*Osmosis received top ratings in the Principles of Responsible Investing (PRI) 2023 Assessment Report which was given on 22 December 2023 and corresponds to the annual reporting period of 1/1/2022 to 31/12/2022. This assessment is free for all PRI signatory members, however, all signatories are required to pay an annual membership fee. PRI independently provided Osmosis with a questionnaire to be used in the preparation of the third-party rating or award.
